Any lakes there with walleye in them?

Not exactly walleye, but we have their close relatives, pikeperch.

Yes, there are much of lakes whit walleye in them. Good lures for these deepwater fisher are 5-10cm fishimitation lures. (Dont know they real name ) My walleye record (pikeperch) are 1,2kg and it fights better than same sized pike. 

well, it comes like nothing were there, but when it comes next to the boat, it makes "the final attack" and goes to the bottom a couple of times. it's just it's strategy.

This is the coolest site...I'm from Canada and am really enjoying reading about the fishing in Finland!
